Since April 18th, the Society has had the great pleasure of presenting 5 Sunshine Coaches. Two were presented at the Russ Abbot Classic, two at the Poppleton and Appleby event at St.Pierre, Chepstow and one at our Summer meeting at St.Georges Hill. The coaches were presented to schools in Sussex, the Birmingham area and Hampshire.
On each occasion teachers / representatives from the school brought along children to the presentations and their joy and excitement at the new coaches was great reward for our efforts.
The Society's thanks are extended to the members of GAMA, to the Effingham Park Copthorne hotel, to Bunny Lewis and Bob Morton, the Directors of Poppleton and Appleby and to Pip Burley and Mike Spanswick for their fantastic support of the Charity and their generosity that has allowed us to present these coaches.
We have a number of coach presentations over the next few weeks and I will update the news on these as they occur.
